To cancel your account, please submit a ticket and be very clear what you would like to keep and what you would like to cancel. Domains are normally registered for a year, so if you would like to keep it until the end date or if you would like to renew your domain when the time comes, please let us know.
Once canceled we will not be able to recover any of your files or statistics.
You will receive a reply confirming we have your request.
Once you know we have your request, please allow us 48 hours to verify your identity and close your account. Your account will remain active until you receive our second email confirming you were canceled successfully.
